SME vs Mainboard Masterclass

1. The SME Primary Market Boom & Risk Reality

However, because SME regulatory filing requirements are less demanding than Mainboard standards, retail investors must perform thorough independent verification.

3. Liquidity and Exit Strategy

Remember that SME shares trade in fixed lot sizes (e.g. 1,000 or 2,000 shares per lot). You cannot buy or sell a single share on the secondary market. Ensure you have holding power or trade on listing day through the market maker's 2-way bid-ask quotes.
